SIBLING DISCOUNT
We offer a discount on our summer rates only. Discount (to one child’s enrollment) on all weeks that siblings are in attendance together. Discount applied once registration application is received and processed.
REGISTRATION POLICY
We encourage you to register for camp, weeks or even months prior to the start of camp to secure your child’s spot in his/her desired weeks. If you decide to register closer to the start of your desired camp week, please note registration must be received and processed by Thursday at 4pm the week prior. No registrations are accepted between (closed of business) Thursday through midnight Sunday, every week. Camp payments are due by the listed tuition due dates outlined above.
AUTOMATIC PAYMENT AGREEMENT
“I understand, the balance of my camp tuition and any additional fees* will be automatically deducted from my credit card on file, on the stated tuition due dates. I also understand that I am required to have a credit card saved on my account and sign the automatic payment agreement contract. If the automatic payment does not go through for any reason, there will be a $25 fee added to my account for each week enrolled.”
*Additional fees may include; any unpaid balance for additional weeks, extended day, camp shirts, additional services, late payment fees, or late pickup fees.
Any families using Child Care Subsidy Vouchers, must comply with this payment agreement for any additional charges that may occur.

LATE PAYMENTS/OUTSTANDING BALANCE
A $25 late fee is added to all accounts with outstanding balances, the day immediately following listed payment due dates.
LATE PICK UP FEE
A $1 per minute late pick up fee is added to all accounts who pick up after the close of camp. Close of camp is at 3:00pm.
TRIP SHIRT POLICY
All campers will receive one NCSC trip shirt on their first week trip day at camp. Campers are required to wear the 2022 NCSC trip shirt on all trip days. We can not delay trip departures for campers without proper attire. If your child arrives at camp without the 2022 trip shirt, on a required day, another shirt will be provided and cost will be charged to your account.
