Emergency Assistance for Families & Children (EAFC)


  • Provides emergency cash assistance to families who need help paying an eviction notice, emergency fuel/heating shortage
  • Must have at least one related child under 18 living in the household
  • Must provide proof household can maintain on-going monthly rent and utilities
  • Available to a household only once in a 24-month period

Food Distribution 

Our very own Food Pantry is still OPEN! Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11am to 1pm. BRING YOUR ID.



Baltimore City & County locations will operate as emergency food distribution sites for students ages 18 and younger, as well as people with disabilities over the age of 18 who participate in school programs.
