Training Our Mouth for Prayer

NCCC Family, some of you missed an awesome Noon Day "Breakthrough Prayer Seminar" session. We all need to learn how to "Train Our Mouth for Prayer" because our limitation is not knowing what you ought to be praying (Romans 8:26). Allow God to take you where He wants you to go during your prayer. God will give you a vision (or speak to you) and let you what you should be praying for.

The Power of the Tongue (Proverbs 18:21)...Angels or Demons are waiting to complete the assignment(s) of your prayer. So if you have any bitterness or un-forgiveness in your heart, clear up the problem (in a peaceful manner) before you start praying. Why? Because you may unknowingly say a negative/wrong word on that person's life; or on your own life. "Your words can determine the outcome".

To help you insure that your prayers are of the righteous do the following:

Record yourself praying or get an accountable prayer partner (somebody who will "Word Check" you while you are praying to help insure that you are praying according to God's word and His will).

Here is an example: "God give our Pastor a heart of understanding"

This prayer is saying that your Pastor (or the person you’re praying for) does not have that attribute. (If the person does not have that attribute, this is where your faith in God changing that person occurs) Thanking God in advance for the manifestation of the Holy Spirit.

Instead your prayer should be:

"God thank you that my Pastor (or the person you’re praying for) has a heart of understanding".
